YESS Power at smarter E Europe 2025: Sectoral Insights into the Future of Sustainable Energy
Held from 7–9 May 2025 in Munich, Germany, smarter E Europe brought together the global solar energy and energy storage industry to showcase the latest innovations and technologies. As YESS, we participated in the event as a visitor, focusing not only on product developments but also on observing the broader direction of global energy transformation.
Under the theme “Connecting Solar Business”, the fair
welcomed a diverse range of industry players, including manufacturers,
distributors, installers, service providers, developers and startups. The
exhibited technologies went far beyond solar generation, covering energy
storage, smart integration, digital management systems and EV-ready
infrastructures. Our primary goal was to closely examine next-generation
applications combining solar energy with storage solutions. By following
emerging trends in battery technologies,
microgrids and hybrid systems, we gained valuable insights to refine our strategic roadmap. The event also provided an opportunity to connect with key European stakeholders and explore potential future collaborations.
Key sectoral themes we observed during the event included:
Smart Battery Management Systems
Solutions that emphasize not just capacity, but also data analytics and operational efficiency. Software-integrated systems were clearly gaining ground.
Grid Balancing and Load Management
New-generation batteries are increasingly used for grid stabilization and frequency regulation—not just as backup power.
Modular Microgrid Solutions
Especially suited for remote sites and industrial facilities, modular systems provide flexibility and rapid deployment advantages.
Solar + Storage + EV Integration
Integrated systems connecting solar generation, storage and electric vehicle charging were frequently showcased, particularly for campuses and residential use.
Digitalization and Automation
AI-powered decision-making and automation in energy management are reshaping real-time operational efficiency.
These observations support YESS Power’s commitment to
holistic, efficient and user- centered energy system development. Our
participation in panel sessions and individual meetings contributed to
sharpening our long-term strategic vision in energy storage. The smarter E
Europe 2025 was a valuable opportunity for YESS to evaluate market
dynamics and align future priorities with current industry trends.
